funeral blues

Friends and family can be really helpful at a time like this but this doesn't help you to put down on paper how you really felt about your mom. When a precious loved one has died, you need prayers and empathy.

It need not only be a summation of the public facts, but a glimpse of the uniqueness, when combined with those facts, created a personality. Like all particulars of the funeral the music should reflect the individual personality of the deceased. To do all this, while being coherent enough to express how deeply departed one has touched your soul and doing justice to his or her memory is a difficult task indeed.

Remember even if it is a sea of strangers in front of you, not one person will judge you for it. From the Bible or other religious texts to anthologies and websites of eulogy poetry and inspirational quotes, you may find the words you seek. To add a poem to your eulogy or condolence letter, first you must consider who the person was and what they would have appreciated or enjoyed read.

In this case, it is incumbent on the family to simply put into motion the decisions already made by their loved one. Writing a eulogy for someone you knew well and probably loved can be a difficult thing to do.
